Orlando Murrin is the former editor of Woman and Home and BBC Good Food, and founder of Olive magazine. He’s a chef and former hotelier who has appeared on countless food and radio programmes and published six cookbooks. As a journalist, he's a regular contributor to Waitrose Weekend and the Telegraph. His nonfiction writing is represented by Elly James at hhb agency. His debut crime novel, Knife Skills for Beginners, was published by Transworld in 2024 and shortlisted for the McDermid Debut Prize.
