Jacket for 'Heaven'

UK - Hutchinson Children's Books (Random House)

By Nicholas Allan

Published Jan 2010

Heaven can mean different things to different people – and dogs. Early one morning, Lily finds Dill packing his case. He explains that he’s off to heaven. After all, he’s led an exemplary canine life – well, almost. Heaven seems such a wonderful place, Lily wants to join him. But she hasn’t been invited. Sadly, Lily bids Dill a last good-bye, but soon finds her own heaven on earth when a very wonderful and unexpected surprise comes her way.

A serious subject treated with all the comic warmth one has come to expect from Nicholas Allan.
