Clare Faulkner is a graphic designer and illustrator and the author of The Fashion Classics (Summersdale), The Cat Lover’s A to Z and The Dog Lover’s A to Z (Quadrille). She is also the illustrator of The Little Book of Sloth Philosophy and the rest of the animal philosophy series (HarperCollins) and Trash Animals (HarperCollins). Clare retrained in graphic design after a career in book publishing, including an inspiring 10 years at the V&A. Clare lives in London with her family.
