Film & TV

A. M. Heath has an outstanding track record of optioning the rights in our authors’ works to major production companies around the world. We take a bespoke approach, working in partnership with the industry’s leading film and television agencies in London and LA, on a case-by-case basis, to ensure that an author’s work has the best possible chance of being adapted for stage and/or screen.

Screen highlights include the BBC’s adaptation of Hilary Mantel’s The Mirror and the Light, Apple TV’s adaptation of Lauren Beukes’ The Shining Girls and the BBC TV adaptation of Winston Graham's Poldark series. Recent stage successes include West End productions of The Wolf Hall Trilogy and Maggie O’Farrell’s Hamnet, and a spectacular re-imagining of Noel Streatfeild’s beloved novel Ballet Shoes at the National Theatre.
