Helen is a dedicated writer with a passion for crafting delightful picture books. She enjoys the more playful side of life, with her stories featuring ninjas, dragons, and even trips to the moon!
Her debut book, The Supersonic Fart, will be published in July 2026 by Macmillan, and is illustrated by Garry Parsons. Helen’s writing has been recognised and longlisted for prestigious awards, such as the Cheshire Novel Prize (Top 100 Kids List) and the Write Mentor Idea Idol Awards. Helen was also selected for the All-Stories Mentorship program.
When not writing, Helen enjoys practicing karate, and spending time in cozy bookshops (though not at the same time).
