HP Willmott

H P Willmott has written extensively on modern naval and military subjects. He holds masters degrees from the University of Liverpool and the National Defense University, Washington DC, and a doctorate from London University. He is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society and the Institute for the Study of War and Society, De Montfort University, and a lecturer at Greenwich Maritime Institute, University of Greenwich.
