Kathryn Fox

Kathryn Fox is a medical practitioner and member of the UK Association of Forensic Physicians. She has also worked as a freelance medical journalist and written regularly for publications including Australian Doctor, The Sun Herald and CLEO magazine. Her critically acclaimed first novel, Malicious Intent, was published by Hodder & Stoughton in the UK and became a bestseller in Australia, sold internationally and has been translated into several languages. It won the 2005 Davitt award for adult fiction and was shortlisted for a Ned Kelly award for best first crime novel. Without Consent, the second in the series featuring forensic physician, Dr Anya Crichton, was released in 2007 in the UK and 2006 in Australia. Her new novel in the series, "Cold Grave" will be published in 2012.
