Nilou Panahpour is a Los Angeles-based writer and criminal defense lawyer. She studied at Brown and Stanford Law School, and completed her MFA at NYU. Her work has appeared in The New England Review and Rolling Stone, where she also worked as a writer and editor.
Her debut novel, MAY I DIE FOR YOU, will be published in 2027 by Abacus in the UK and Algonquin in the US.
