Rabea Eghbariah is a Palestinian human rights lawyer and legal scholar. He is currently completing his S.J.D. at Harvard Law School, where he focuses on the socio-legal aspects of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. His first book, TOWARD NAKBA AS A LEGAL CONCEPT, will be published by Verso in 2027.
