Robin Waterfield, a former university lecturer, is the author of over fifty books. Although they range from children's fiction to biography, the majority have been translations of ancient Greek texts for Oxford University Press and Penguin. He has also taught academic writing skills to university undergraduates, and has previously led tour groups around the classical sites of Greece.
