Between Us

Lydia is recklessly leaving her job as a French teacher to be a translator - and to take up her old love, painting. Her three children are grown up and living away, and the house seems peaceful but empty, a perfect setting for Lydia to rediscover her own talents and to challenge the blank canvas of her future. However, when her ex-husband announces that the house in which they nurtured a family is finally to go on the market, a shadow falls on Lydia's summer. And as gradually the secrets and emotions that lie hidden in her family get exposed, Lydia's relationship with her past is changed forever.
